Hi. I’m Jordan.
My creative sensibility comes from decades of involvement in the arts and entertainment.
It all started at a young age while playing with my father’s old VHS-C camera:
I’m staging the action figures just right, and composing the perfect shot.
This will become the foundation of everything I do.
At school, I discover that I really enjoy acting in class plays.
Theater is now my favorite creative outlet.
The act of telling a story live in front of an audience is exhilarating.
Acting consumes my life now: reading scripts, dress rehearsals, foreign accent courses, etc.
This goes on for years.
Now I’m combining my acting passion with my filmmaking hobby.
And I start creating short films on the weekends with my friends.
Teachers let me turn in videos instead of papers.
After graduating high school, I decide to switch my focus from acting to editing.
I attend Santa Fe University of Art & Design on a scholarship to study Film Production.
My university studies arm me with new knowledge and help me sharpen my skills.
I get my first internship on a big Hollywood film, working alongside the editors.
This becomes my launchpad into the film industry.
From there I work on every project I come across, and get myself on any set that I can find.
I’m working for free, for credit, for food - whatever it takes.
I start to get bigger and bigger gigs for bigger and bigger projects.
Day after day, year after year, grinding…
Fast forward, and I now work across film, television, music videos and commercials.
I get to create alongside award-winning film crews, cool creative agencies, and more.
I love the art of filmmaking and I'd love to share it with you.
